Former Kenyan international and US-based athlete Vivian Achieng Oray has opened the Oray Football Academy in Kisumu. The Academy seeks to provide unrivalled opportunities for aspiring young footballers. Starting her career with Athletic Youth Stars (ASYA) in Nyalenda within Kisumu County, under the tutelage of Coach Duncan Omondi, Vivian -- affectionately known as ‘Messi’ -- also captained the Butere Girls High School team before earning her maiden national team call-up during her last year of school.
